Templatized RFx Creation

With eSourcing you can easily create complex RFP and RFQ documents using a wizard based interface based on pre-defined templates. The RFx creation wizard prompts for information to be entered by the user and populate standard information like requirements and clauses from the RFx collaboration workspace.

RFx Publishing

RFx created from eSourcing can be published to vendors through the extranet vendor portal, emailed, or mailed as a printed document. Vendor to be published to can be selected from a preferred vendor database existing in your ERP or in Corevo eProcure. Additionally, new vendor contacts can be collected from interested potential vendors from a new vendor registration page hosted in your internet or online portal.

Receiving Quotes & Proposals

Quotes and Proposals submitted from the vendor portal gets attached to the corresponding RFx workspace. Other responses for RFx received though emails can to be manually uploaded.

Vendor Selection

Users can select vendors based on the pre-defined vendor selection criteria. Analysis and negotiation can be performed on received proposals and quotes in a collaborative fashion. When eSourcing is integrated with eProcure, purchase orders can be created easily from received quotes and published to
the vendor portal.

 

RFx Collaboration Workspace

RFx collaboration workspaces allow for collaborative creation and publishing of RFX, and vendor selection. Workspaces are powered with features like meeting organizing spaces, calendars, milestones, tasks, comments and wiki enabled description pages.

For complex services and project RFx creation, users can submit requirements which can be prioritized and filtered before being published. Vendor selection criteria can be pre-defined in the system reducing disputes and discrepancies in the sourcing process.

Extranet Vendor Portal Publishing

Vendors can bid for a RFx from a extranet publishing portal with a unique vendor credentials. This allows vendors to have real-time information of available business opportunities within the customer enterprise and bid by submitting quotes and proposal.

Other features of the Vendor Portal include response to RFIs and basic negotiation using comments and messaging.
