Storefronts

Multiple storefronts can be setup for user targeted shopping experience based on location or user groups. Each storefront can have a unique catalog with different prices, inventory levels, promotions, taxes and languages. All these storefronts can be centrally managed from a central administration console.

Order Processing

Corevo eCommerce shopping cart check out can be optionally enabled with credit cart payments, stock checking, and multi-level approval routing. Buyers are informed of the order states when it is being processed. On completion of sales order processing, invoices can be generated for the same which can be emailed or printed.
Help desk and sales personnel can modify order information, cancel orders and process a refund if required during order processing.

Punch-out enabled Catalog

With ability to connect to eProcurement systems via cXML Punch-out, our catalogs allows for business opportunities with enterprise customers. With punch-out, catalogs can be integrated to your customers’ eProcurement portal with price and products based on predefined contracts. This prevents manual calculation of contracted pricing and easy access of updated catalog to your customers.

Customer Profiles

With Corevo eCommerce, you can centrally manage your customer profile information and access the database in a secure manner anytime, anywhere. Customers can save their profile and contact information within the system which can be securely accessed for sales orders, invoice processing and notifications.

 

Inventory Management

The solution provides inventory and stock management which get updated automatically whenever a shopping cart order has been processed successfully. The inventory and stock is also integrated with the Returns and Cancellations feature, automating the update of inventory and stock based on transactions.

Administrators can setup minimum stock level at a product levels with automatic notification for stock replenishment.

Payment Processing

The shopping cart can be integrated with your payment merchant account such as PayPal, authorize.net and many more.

The system can also be configured to handle alternated payment processing methods like mailed checks, gift certificates and store credits.

Multiple Currency & Language Support

Corevo eCommerce can be setup to support multiple currencies and languages allowing to expand your web store globally.

In addition, you can integrate your catalog with local tax calculators and currency convertors for real-time price calculation.

Administration

The Administrative interface includes an administrative dashboard which can be utilized by the approvers and administrators to view and manage approval, product catalog, customers, invoices and sales orders along with the ability to manage users, groups and security.
